| Wakako Ueda has been involved in a various range of financial transactions since she joined our firm. She advises both domestic and foreign clients in relation to regulatory issues such as Insurance Business Law and Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, financial transactions, regulatory investigation and inspection and mergers and acquisitions of insurance companies. Her experience at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune also includes structured finance issues such as PFI (private finance initiatives).
