Practice
Hideyuki Kiuchi is an associate working primarily in the field of financial transactions. He specializes in structured finance, especially securitization and project finance. He also specializes in issues relating to investment funds, with a particular focus on foreign investment funds. He actively handles capital market transactions, including global offering of foreign securities. Mr. Kiuchi advises foreign and domestic financial institutions in a variety of matters regarding securities and finance issues, including syndicated loan and committed credit line facilities. He actively participates in international judicial aid activities supported by the Japan Federation of Bar Associations and the Japan International Cooperation Association.
In addition to his professional experience at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, Mr. Kiuchi worked with the Washington, D.C. based law firm of Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering (currently Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale & Dorr) as an international intern (2000 to 2001). He also teaches civil law and commercial law at Chuo University Department of Law as an adjunct lecturer (2002 to present).
