Mr. Yuichiro Nukada has been involved in a number of significant transactions relating the matters stated in "Practice Areas" above.
In addition to his professional experience at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, he worked for the Financial Services Agency where he was in charge of maintenance laws and regulations for modernizing the Corporation Law, the Securitization Law, the Investment Trust Law and other financial areas. He was also engaged in the preparation, the revision and the formulation of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law (June 2004 - June 2005).
He also worked for Slaughter and May in London as a foreign secondee (September 2006 - March 2007).
