| Mr. Yoshinori Aoyagi is an associate working primarily in the fields of M&A and Securities, with particular expertise in IPOs and POWLs of domestic and foreign companies. He has also been involved with various corporation law related issues including advice on shareholders meetings and corporate governance. His experience also includes tax and intellectual litigation as well as advising on issues related to antitrust and intellectual property. |
