Practice
Tomoki Debari specializes principally in the fields of insurance, trust, banking, securities regulation, venture capital, and private equity investments. Mr. Debari's practice also includes environmental risk management; specifically he advises various foreign and domestic financial institutions with regards to the environmental risks (such as soil contamination) in securitization, project finance, mergers & acquisitions and strategic alliances.
