Nobuhito Sawasaki has been engaged in an extensive range of legal practice at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune since he joined the firm in 2001. He has advised clients on labor law, pension law, merger and acquisition, corporate law, Private Information Protection Law and in addition to financial business laws including the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law.
Recently, he has been involved in providing advice to clients from a comprehensive perspective of labor law, Private Information Protection Law and business license law compliance. Mr. Sawasaki has also assisted clients in the formulation of voluntary regulations among financial business fields, internal rules of financial institutions, intra-company rules for handlings of personal information in employment management, and handlings of personal information obtained in course of various transactions such as securitization in compliance with Private Data Protection Law.
Mr. Sawasaki's experience also includes providing legal advice to operational agencies of defined contribution pensions. He has also provided detailed advice to employers and financial institutions (as contractors) in relation to the abolition and payment reduction of approved retirement pension plans and the reorganization into new pension schemes.
