| Takahiro Kimura has been engaged in labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters, and he has worked on a variety of corporate reorganization transactions (including reorganization of pension schemes). He has also acted on behalf of both Japanese and non-Japanese multinational companies regarding all aspects of labor and employment law (including unilateral termination, preparation of and amendments to Rules of Employment for reform of personnel systems, transfer of employees, protection of trade secrets and confidential corporate information held by employees, IP rights granted to employees and collective bargaining). Mr. Kimura has additional experience at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune as a labor and employment litigator, having taking part in numerous cases since he joined the firm. |
