| Emi Uchida has been engaged in various general corporate matters such as labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization transactions and other business transactions, litigation and dispute resolution. She has also advised both Japanese and non-Japanese multinational companies regarding all aspects of labor and employment law including preparation of employment contracts, offer letters and work rules, reform of personnel systems including compensation scheme, sexual harassment, power harassment, unilateral termination of employment. Ms. Uchida has also acted as a labor and employment litigator for various cases. |
