| Naoki Iguchi practices in the areas of Intellectual Property (Patent,Trademark, Trade Secret, Unfair Competition, Copyright; Focusing on litigation practice) Litigation, Other Dispute Resolutions, and Chinese Laws. Mr. Iguchi has represented many multi-national clients (i.e.,
American, British, European, Taiwanese, South Korean, and Chinese) and domestic clients in a wide range of civil litigations before Japanese courts and other dispute resolution practice, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property cases, multi-jurisdictional litigation and international commercial arbitration. He also has sufficient experience
in counseling and dispute avoiding advice for multi-national and domestic clients. Mr. Iguchi has lectured in various countries on Japanese law and has also published in the areas of intellectual property, litigation, dispute resolution, corporate and anti-trust matters.
