| Keiko Kaneko is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, primarily working in the field of financial regulatory issues concerning banking law and trust law. She has also advised a number of multinational financial institutions in relation to reorganization issues, as well as their daily operations. She has been involved with significant cross-border transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions and corporate splits. Ms. Kaneko regularly provides both domestic and international clients general advices in regard to international trades and corporate matters. Her scope of experience includes the documentation of company rules such as compliance manuals.
