| Reiji Takahashi specializes in financial transactions, in particular, project finance and Private Finance Initiatives (PFI). Mr. Takahashi also advises both Japanese and foreign companies in relation to mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, Management buyouts, and general corporate matters. In addition to his professional experience at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, Mr. Takahashi worked in the London office of the English law firm of Allen & Overy, as a foreign associate (2001 - 2002). |
