| Mr. Miyano's practice covers a wide range of areas, from general corporate to international finance, including securities issuance. He also handles litigations. He has been involved in many cases and transactions relating to the telecommunication business and is broadly experienced regarding the Telecommunication Business Law of Japan. He is also knowledgeable regarding restructuring of defaulted samurai bonds, the conduct of related bondholders' meetings. He served as a regular member of the study group on Japanese legal issues relating to bond documentation collective action clauses. |
