| Satoshi Miyagaki has an intellectual property practice, which includes advising and assisting Japanese and foreign clients with respect to the Japanese Patent Law, Utility Model Law, Trademark Law, Design Law, Copyright Law and Unfair Competition Prevention Law. Mr. Miyagaki has extensive trial experience of patent infringement cases and revocations for trial decision of the Patent Office regarding various kinds of technologies such as biotechnology, encryption system of data communication, medicine, machinery and so forth as well as trademark infringement, copyright infringement and unfair competition activities. He also represents several major US film companies in such matters as character merchandizing, film distribution, and enforcement against unauthorized use of characters. |

| Mr. Miyagaki is also engaged in the liquidation of corporations as a trustee in bankruptcy appointed by the court, and advises major US funds in civil rehabilitation and corporate reorganization cases. |
