Kazuaki Nagai is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, and has been principally involved in corporate turnaround funds, structured finance including PFI (private finance initiatives), securitization, DIP (debtor-in-possession) finance, Debt-Equity-Swaps. Mr. Nagai also has experience in bankruptcy related M&A matters such as reorganization, mergers and share acquisitions, corporate financial transactions, and general commercial transactions.
Mr. Nagai's scope of experience also includes intellectual property, broadcasting, telecommunications and cyber related matters.
