Takashi Akahane is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, whose practice includes Project Finance, Private Finance Initiatives and various financial transactions. Mr. Akahane also advises various Japanese ministries, municipalities, and multinationals on procurement laws.
In addition to his experience at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, he has served as counsel from 1997-1998 in the Office of the General Counsel of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (London Headquarters), where he assisted in the modernization of the commercial laws of transitional countries.
